Dr Mark Dras is a senior lecturer in the Department of Computing of Macquarie University, in Sydney, Australia. Before that, he spent two years at the University of Pennsylvania's Institute for Research in Cognitive Science.

He works in language technology and computational linguistics, and is a member of Macquarie's Centre for Language Technology.
